Most orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed and are sent out with our carriers for next-day delivery service. Please note that at present, we only accept orders from U.A.E. It is important to ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your order.
In the event that the customer misses the delivery and the order cannot be successfully delivered, it will be subject to an additional charge for re-delivery.
Please note that if an order is placed before a public or general holiday, the next-day delivery service will not be applicable. In such cases, the delivery may be rescheduled to the next available working day.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as inclement weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays to our customers.
Please be aware that for products with large dimensions or weight, the only available shipping method is Ex Works (EXW). With Ex Works shipping, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the transportation and associated costs from the point of origin. Our warranty policy may vary for different products. For parts, we cover any manufacturers’ defects, ensuring your satisfaction with the quality of the components. Custom-made items, on the other hand, are specifically warranted for workmanship-related issues, guaranteeing the craftsmanship and construction. If the warranty terms are not explicitly mentioned for a particular product, the general warranty policy applies, which includes coverage for manufacturers’ defects for parts and workmanship-related issues for custom-made items.
