Exchange Policy

Items shipped from Barad Atlanta can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of shipment, subject to the following terms and conditions. (Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.) The shipping cost of exchanges will be added to the new invoice. To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in unopened and sealed condition and must not be damaged.
• The product(s) should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.

Please note that if a customer purchased an item that was specially arranged from the manufacturer, the exchange will only be applicable by mutual agreement.

Additionally, if a customer purchased an item that was specially arranged from the vendor, the exchange will not be applicable.
