Refund and Returns Policy

Items shipped can be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to certain policies and requirements. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be undamaged.
2. The return must be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.
3. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including the original manufacturer box, packaging, manuals, and any related accessories.

Returns are acceptable in the following cases:

• Wrong items delivered: If the wrong item, wrong dimensions, wrong specifications, or wrong brand is delivered from Barad Atlanta.
• Damages during transit: If the product is damaged during transportation.

For reasons other than those mentioned above, the cost of return delivery may be deducted from the customer’s end, depending on the location, unless the item qualifies for a free return. Refunds will only be issued to the same Credit/Debit card account used for the original transaction. Once the return is processed, the refund will be credited to the respective account within 5 to 7 business days.
